Here's a shot of the Central Avenue scene under construction. The Inner Loop has yet to be constructed, and the other buildings are falling into place. The city bus was custom painted by Mike Smith (he also provided the fire apparatus). The grade crossing protection would later be upgraded with automatic gates.
