An R&IT train finally gets a favorable signal and is underway. The Conrail dispatcher doesn't trust the old Alcos, and is anxious to have this transfer run off the mainline. The old Brown Street freight house below is used by a number of small customers, and is switched as-needed. The derelict boxcar hasn't been moved in forty years.
