CR SD60M #5529

i bought an SD60M in december or 09. it is making a weird sound like it is dragging something and the will not work it only ticks. if you want hear what saying it is on the shelf.

everyone 5529 has problem. it sounds like it is in DC mode instead of DCC mode. Yes it ticks and a dragging sound for some reason. the dragging sound might be in the trucks. i did take it apart and taped 2 wires together to see if the dragging sound stopped, but it didn't. any tips to help me fix it?????
